Use "bchunk" to extract an ISO from a .bin/.cue pair
If you need to extract an ISO from a .bin/.cue pair that you've ripped (e.g. with cdrdao), on Linux you can use bchunk.
As I understand it, .iso files contain file systems used on CDs, but .bin/.cue pairs contain multiple tracks (e.g. an ISO for a game and CD audio tracks for game music).
